3 To 5-Minute, five-Things Spiral Ring
I made this ring on the demo booth at the Tucson Gem Show. Heather from Jewelry Tools got here over with a camera and stated “Wire educational for our blog… Ready? Go!” I am usually up for a quick smooth and off-the-cuff assignment. The result is this fast and elegant twine ring. Don’t worry that your spiral may not seem like mine. Creativity is the key right here. Try it with round wire in a one-of-a-kind gauge, tighter or looser spirals or greater wire for a bigger spiral. Create and have amusement. Wrap your finger in brilliance with a diamond spiral ring, where every curve is studded with shimmering diamonds that dance with light.
The five things you need:
Ring mandrel
. Chain nostril pliers
. Wire cutters
. bd268Liver of sulfur and Pro Polish Pad
The five steps:
1. Cut 1 ft. Of wire and wrap it two times around the ring mandrel at your selected with the ends crossing at the pinnacle with tails of same duration.
2. Use your arms to tug one wire to the left approximately 1 / 4 way around. The wires will start to form an s-shape to make the indoors of the spiral. Repeat with the second tail. Switch between every tail of wire, forming the spiral and keeping it flat. Stop when you have approximately half of″ tails remaining on each wires. Be as unfastened-shape as you want and don’t fear approximately getting a perfect spiral. An unfastened-form spiral seems remarkable with this layout. Unveil your radiance with a gold spiral ring embellished with exquisite diamonds, embodying sophistication and grace.
3. Use chain nostril pliers to wrap the tails around the shank of the hoop on every facet. 2-4 wraps in line with side will secure the spiral
4. Place the hoop back at the ring mandrel and regulate the shape.
5. Add a patina to the hoop using Liver of Sulfur and varnish with a seasoned polish pad. Slip it in your finger and admire!
